good morning. i recently uninstalled iwork to free up disk space. i reinstalled, but now it won't open. any ideas?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: i use it daily, but not sure that's what you want to know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes. i tried to update, but that didn't help
