Customer Question

I have about 10,000 photos uploaded to and I'm thinking about switching over to iCloud photo. Shutterfly doesn't allow for a mass download or transfer and I'm wondering how can I transfer all the photos?

Bernard, the best way to transfer the photos is to order an Archive DVD of your saved Shutterfly images at their original, full resolution, using the "Store" tab in the top menu. You can then upload the contents of the DVD to iCloud from your computer.

This is the method I used when I transferred my own Shutterfly account to cloud storage.
