I can not print anything from my Adobe. It locks up my computer. What can I do?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Hp -bought it in 2009 and run windows 7. I will look up the model number.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes, this week. another program called Wordsearch. After that I can not print from Adobe, my bank which uses Adobe. HP Pavilion p6234f-b. Intel Pentium processor E5400
