I recently purchased Dragon Version 13. I installed it and just recently started to use it. It worked fine for a few days and then I could not get the red arrow to turn green so I could dictate. Why?

Alternatively Robert what you can do is run a system restore to revert the settings that caused Dragon to stop working:

Press WindowsKey+R type rstrui and hit Enter

(WindowsKey can be found on the bottom left of the keyboard between Ctrl and Alt and usually has a flag-like icon on it)

Go next and see if you can choose one of the oldest Restore points, or select a date before the problem occurred.

Go Next and let the system restore run.
