I have a subscription to adobe acrobat dc.
However, it is not allowing me to print MS Office documents as PDFs.
I receive a message that says "Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated."
I did change my password ***** However, I have not had problems printing PDFs until this morning.

Can you close all programs

Then press the windows key + E

Go to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\, here you need to rename the folder named "SLStore" to "SLStore_old"

Then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache. Delete all the files and folder in this folder. Make sure you don't delete the SLCache folder itself.

Then check if you still have the problem

Followed all the instructions...Went to.... C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache. Delete all the files and folder in this folder. Make sure you don't delete the SLCache folder itself.Then check if you still have the problem

Logged out of adobe creative cloud.Then logged back in.Tried to print and save as....Still received error message

ok, you will need to do a reinstall of Acrobat

Use this tool here to uninstall it

Then restart the computer, install it again and tell me if you can then print please.
