To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Also, when did you first notice all the popups, today ? Or has this been happening for a while?

Hi, by the time you responded I was off shift for the day.

Lets start by running a second opinion virus scanner.. Even if you already have a virus scanner we need to run this

Download it, then open it , install it, and run it.. If it finds any red or grey items let me know..

When it completes, right click the top item, then click apply to all > delete

Then click next.. Then click activate free license, type your email address in twice and then click next again.

Once it activates and removes the viruses it found.. Restart your computer.. Then, for good measure reset chrome, since chrome was showing too many popups.
