In order to help you, I need to know what operating system you have on your device. Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8.1, 10, or do you have a Mac?

When did you purchase the adobe / how many days left?

I understand. You can contact customer support about 'fees', payment etc.

I am in the tech dept. I do not see that 'side' of your exchanges.

Good luck. We will be here if you still need support.
