Mozilla Firefox and/or Windows 10 question. I have a site

Customer Question

Mozilla Firefox and/or Windows 10 question. I have a site that will not pull up and I get a reading of "unsecured site...information you send can be accessed." I am not sending any information, but accessing important information. How do I allow the site to be accessed even if it is unsecure? This may be a Windows 10 issue because Firefox, Microsoft Edge nor Chrome allow me to open this site. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Did that website work in Firefox previously?

Please let me know. Thank you,

A long time ago it would pull up sporadically, now not at all

When the error occurs, does it give you any option, such as Advanced, proceed, more details, etc.? Please let me know. Thank you,

If that does not work, please try:

- In Firefox, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on History, then click on Clear Recent History. Then click on the dropdown list at the top, then click on option Everything. Then uncheck all boxes, then check only the two boxes Cache and Offline Website Data, then click on Clear Now, and check.

- If that does not work, in Firefox, click on the 3-bar icon at upper right corner, then click on the ? (question mark) icon at bottom, then click on Troubleshooting Information, then click on Refresh Firefox.., then click on Refresh Firefox, then wait a bit, and check.

Please let me know. Thank you,
