Customer Question

Hi, On some of our servers users can not Combine PDF files using Adobe Pro. They receive "An unidentified error has occurred". If files are copied locally combining PDF's works fine. Users on other servers do not have this problem. Reading online seems to be a common problem but the underlying cause is not stated. Any thoughts?
