I'm sorry...just trying to find an answer about AhnLab Network Filter Driver AMonTDLH.sys that Kasperky says to disable before installing my renewal. I thought maybe there was an answer already posted here somewhere. I can't afford to pay for your answer so I'll keep looking.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: machine or operating system? had the pc for 2 years
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: first tried searching for the file and it's not coming up anywhere that I can find

I could connect and remove it, additionally you can go into the control panel, network connections, right click on the adapter, properties and then untick it.
