Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working fine previously?

What is the website link you are having issue with?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

What's your Internet browser program, such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

What's the website link? Have you gone to Start -> Settings -> System -> Apps... and uninstall all the Java program(s) there, the restart the computer and download / reinstall Java:

Did you uninstall / remove Java first before restarting / reinstalling Java?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
honestly, when i search for java in my programs, i see that today was the first day i downloaded it
Expert:  Viet - Computer Tech replied 11 months ago.

Right-click on Start button, then click on Control Panel, then open Programs / Programs and Features and just uninstall all Java program(s), then restart and download / reinstall Java and check.

By the way, if you have another (Windows) computer, does this issue also occur on that computer? Please let me know. Thank you,

Hi,

How is it going? It's been about a week. Do you still need help with this issue or with anything else?

Please reply back to continue. Thank you,

Hi I like your offer, I'm not in front of my computer till tomorrow. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled. And found that java was working only with Firefox but not chrome or internet explorer

No problem. When you go to the website below in Firefox:

http://java.com/verify

, and allows it to run / verify Java, does it show successful? If yes, when you go to the website you need, does it still say you need Java?

- Chrome does not support Java any more, so don't use Chrome for websites that need Java. Reference:

http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/chrome.xml

- When you go to the Java website www.java.com website in the Internet Explorer program (not in the Microsoft Edge program.) (If needed, click on Start -> All apps -> scroll down -> Windows Accessories -> Internet Explorer.)

, and download / install Java, then what happens?

- When you go to the website below in Internet Explorer:

http://java.com/verify

, and allow it to run / verify, then what happens?

Please let me know. Thank you,

Hi,
How are you? Do you still need help with the website issue? Maybe that website only works with Internet Explorer browser. Have you tested that website with Internet Explorer and check?

Please reply back to continue. Thank you,
