How do I retrieve or change my password. I forgot it. Trying for days! Very upset,
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Don't know. I was totally blocked out. I know my email address***@******.***.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Everything! Everything hinges on. That password. The security questions are stupid. I'm 51, and my memory is part of my disability, and I don't remember my favorite book when I was 6!
