Hello my name is Clare
2 yrs ago i bought a tablet, pc, which gave me no trouble at all but i kept getting all of my passwords mixed up and so i changed them regularly.
I had very little to do with Windows 8 and hardly used the asus small pc as i do all of my on line business on my android phone.
I've tried changing my password ***** that never worked and so today i removed the 2.step verification on my account because after thinking about it that was when my problems began. I changed my account password ***** but still no joy in opening up my pc. I've also tried every old password ***** can think of to no avail. I would be so happy if we could get this issue fixed.

I thought you were going to fix my problem with my computer, you haven't even tried. I would like my $100 AU back please so i can take the computer physically to a shop and have it fixed for good .
