downloaded windows 10 last night and now all I get on my screen is "Welcome to Windows 10! in upper left corner on the screen and "Next" in lower right corner when I press that nothing happens.----I have a HP Pavilion p6000 and Windows 7 Vista

Hi Jerry. My name is***** you for yoru question and the opportunity to assist.

This issue is not unheard of but there seems to be no specific fix for it.

Try this first: hold down the power button for 4-5 seconds until the computer shuts off.

Since this is a desktop, disconnect everything from it except the keyboard, monitor, mouse and power cord

and restart it. If you use a wireless mouse and keyboard and you have a corded USB mouse and keyboard

sitting around, swap that out if you can.
