I had a virus issue with my Toshiba Satellite laptop that was resolved May 20, 2016 at which time Toshiba technical support eliminated the virus and installed McAfee Security Center, version 14.0, on my Tosiba laptop. I was told that the subscription was good for 3 additional devices. I never received an authenication code nor account number from neither Toshiba nor McAfee so I could download the McAfee software to another device. I am currently at my second home in Utah and do not have access to the serial number of my Toshiba laptop but it is registered to either Jean *. *****, my wife, or myself, Jamie J. Jacobs. Do you have my authenication number for the McAfee Security Center software?

This is NOT Toshiba Support.


You need to contact Toshiba Support, for your Mcafee Product activation code to be able to download and install Mcafee on the other computers.
