Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. states that, to cancel your membership, you must contact their Customer Care department at 1-***-***-****, any day of the week, M-F 8-8 CST, or Sat 8-5 CST, or Sun 12-6 CST.

To make cancelling more efficient, they request you have your ScoreSense Member ID (mentioned in your original Welcome email) or your SSN, and your name (who doesn't have that?:) available, and the physical address information used to register your scoresense account.
