Customer Question

I have Adobe (Acrobat Reader DC) Export PDF. Firstly, all pdf files that I open (e.g., incoming e-mail attachments) automatically open in the Convert program. I don't want that. I want some pdf files to stay as pdf. Secondly, when I try to save or print a file without converting it, the "saved" file is corrupted and cannot be opened or printed.
How do I make Export PDF go away when I don't want to convert? Or, how can I save a pdf file "as is" without Export opening? Lastly, why won't Export properly save the file in the first place?
I have a tax form that I must complete and print today. Please help.
