Hi CarolHuson!

Go to www.Netflix.com and log in. Click the drop-down menu beside your username in the top right and select Your Account. In the Membership and Billing section, select Cancel Membership. You'll be able to access Netflix until your current pay period has ended (ie. 30 days from your last payment).
