My husband has a computer that has Vista as the Microsoft software. It went into Safe Mode last night. How can it be his computer be recovered so he do not lose anything.

Just to clarify, does the computer automatically boot up into Safe Mode each time you restart? Or, do you get any other error/message at bootup now?
