We are not getting any message it starts to open and then quits we are using windows 7 professional

Ok, the very first thing that you can do is to open Event Viewer. Click on Start and on the search box, type "Event Viewer" and then click on Event Viewer listed in the results.Then expand Windows log, then click on Application. Then look for a RED error listing related to Quark Express.
