Good evening. Here's a real puzzler from a 20 year veteran of Photoshop.
I recently acquired a (used) replacement computer from my local computer expert and loaded my fabulous Elements 2.0.2 on it. However, when I tried to download my SD memory card my computer could not find it. It also could not find another SD card from another camera. And my wife's computer (also with the same Adobe program) could not find either one of those SD cards as well.
What's going on? Any ideas?
