I BOUGHT A NEW TABLET WITH WINDOWS 8.1!! I UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 10 AND DECIDED I DID NOT LIKE IT, SO I REINSTALLED WINDOWS 8.1 AND EVERY SINCE THEN THERE THERE WAS A BLUE FLASHING CIRCLE NEXT TO THE CURSOR BUT NOW THERE IS A HOURGLASS!! HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?
