Computer -imac with dedicated win7 pro partition that I work

Customer Question

computer -imac with dedicated win7 pro partition that I work on almost exclusively. The snipping tool in win7 has worked UNTIL I replaced MS Office 365 (2015) yesterday with Office(###) ###-#### I googled the issue and it is well known that office 2016 somehow negates use of the snipping tool at least in win7. Is there a solution?

Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

Im assuming you mean " Is there a solution without upgrading to windows 10"

There are ways to get the snipping tool to work with O16 and W7 , the problem is it isnt always a straight foward "do this" process. It can take many steps, some which will fail and maybe one that will work~ trial and error is the rule of thumb here.

For that reason, Im sending you an offer for remote support. With that, I will be able to connect to your computer directly, and work on the issue in person. This will eliminate a ton of messages as we work to fix this.

Once that offer is accepted or rejected, we can continue.
