Customer Question

I am running 2009 LT. Just recently, when opening the Layer Properties Manager box, I get a fatal area. I downloaded an update, and now i get this message: "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue". Then it says "True is not a valid value for Boolean". If I hit continue, the Layer Properties Manager box is empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you take a screenshot of the error and attach it here?

I can't seem to copy it. Its just a box with the exact text I copied in my original message.

Well, believe it or not, now the Layer Properties Manager is working! (so i don't get the error message). Frustrating, but at least its working for the moment. May be time to upgrade to 16.
