I just installed sketchbook for the first time.when I open it I have only a blank page. The ribbons do not appear? How do I make the ribbons appear!? Thanks

Are you able to click Window, Default Layout?

Does this bring it back in Sketchbook?

there is no Window, default layout .... only white space....

Are you using it on a mac or windows computer?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

ok, you say Toolbars, which are normally on the left, but your also saying the menu items are also missing? So at the top?

Ok, click on the Lagoon which is the round UI element found in the bottom left of your SketchBook Pro application window, and from the 'Interface Controls' , select 'Full UI' .

You then see the top menu?

Hi there,

I noticed you never performed the rating of my service, after I showed you how the programs and menus worked (at no extra cost for the remote desktop) and after indicated you would do the rating.
