Daughter has Gateway NV59C. Recently downloaded windows 10. When computer is on screen is black. Press any key and message Gateway To set up F2 and then screen goes dark. Even when pressing F2. Brings up screen eventually that says Insyde H20 Setup Utility. Gives instructions of what to do but will not do anything no matter what you press.
