Customer Question

I am on the XP Program and have downloaded the Adobe Reader X1 (11.0.08).
I cannot open any PDF documents, and trying to remove this system from my computer
with no avail. It is called a Windows Installer Patch Package and I am frustrated, as I cannot open my email documents.

Hi there and welcome Elsie

Sorry to hear about your problem. Can you download the trial version of revo uninstaller from my link below please

Run it and within this program uninstall Windows Installer Patch Package

Make sure during the uninstall to choose Advance, and remove all registry and files it locates.

Then restart and it should then be gone.

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Else let me know the results please
