While installing Seagate backup Plus 2TB, I get error

Customer: While installing Seagate...
Customer: While installing Seagate backup Plus 2TB, I get error message 1920 saying I need to verify that I have sufficient privileges to start. It's the same problem when I run it as "administrator".

Customer: Upon initial installation I get message "services failed to start. I tried to install it several times but keep running into the same problem. It's all about "sufficient privileges" with error message 1920

No, I'm saying I wouldn't know what else to do with the router other than to turn it on or off. I'm not having any problems with it currently.

The problem I originally presented was that to install Seagate Backup, I need sufficient privileges. It gives me an error message 1920
