McAfee, you people have ONE SCREWED MESS. My subscription

Customer Question

McAfee, you people have ONE SCREWED MESS. My subscription was automatically renewed December 30, 2015 (as indicated on my Windows 8.1 computer. I was to get additional Licenses for additional computers, a no charge. My previous Licenses was not to expire until January 27, 2016. Okay, after downloading my Windows 8.1 computer, I tried to update my new subscription on my other computer (Windows 7), which I had my old subscription on also. Well, that did not work. It erased my desktop icon, but apparently did not download the updated subscription. What a pile of crap. How can I reload my old subscription so I know I am protected until January 27, 2017? I am having serious doubts about what kind of PROTECTION people are actually getting.

Hi Lyle,

Do you have more than one McAfee account?

Try logging in to your account to check its current status and what all machines are protected by it:
