I HAVE COMPLETED THE INSTRUCTION TO GET ON SKYPE BUT, I SIGN IN, THEN NOTHING, THE SCREEN GOES EMPTY. THEY SENT ME CODES, NEITHER OF WHICH WORK. I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SPELLING ON MY ACCOUNT, CAN SOMEONE GET ON WITH ME SO WE CAN SORK OUT THE INCONVENIENCE? ALSO, THEY DONT RECOGNIZE MY CREDIT CAR, EVEN THOUGH THEY CONFIRMED THE PAYMENT. I THINK THE PROBLEM IS IN THE SPELLING SHOULD BE POLLOCK NOT POLLOXK
