Premiere Pro - I am looking at someone else's file they created on Premiere Pro and getting the message that the file was created in a new version of premiere pro...I have signed up for creative cloud so assumed that I would have the latest version?
How can I fix this?

Creative Cloud has the latest versions of all of the products you would normally use, all you need to do is log into creative cloud and download them! Login at the following link: (Creative Cloud) You will want Premiere Pro CC. Download any updates or programs you need from inside the creative cloud, or open the document/project/etc from inside Creative Cloud. and click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the screen.

Hi...I am trying to edit and something is going wrong...I am hoping you can help me?

So I downloaded the newer version but now when I try and 'insert' the clip nothing happens...I restarted PP and my computer and the issue still remains...

Are you pressing the special hotkey to convert the pointer to the insert pointer from the overwrite pointer? If not see the following link for suggested reading!
