I am using autocad on server 2012 and autocad doest open

HI , I am using autocad on server 2012 and autocad doest open properly .. IT comes up with an error message "customization file load failed file not found acad "
Tried removing the app data auto desk folder and removing the profile and reset but no luck

It's a clean install on server 2012 and it's not working for remote users from the beginning ..
