Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Make sure the Caps Lock light is not On, before entering the password.

Be sure to observe all distinctions between UPPER CASE letters and lower-case letters, in the password.

Be sure that you are not misreading any digit of the password ***** and esp. if it is handwritten, this can be quite a problem on occasion.

I do not recognize the reference to 'Leeper', I have to say. Is that a website, or a service, or something else?

Sorry, It is Keeper not Leeper. It is for storing passwords.

So Keeper keeps your passwords, but its password ***** ***** refused?

Did you keep a note of the Keeper password? if so, did you post it where anyone could find it (never, ever, an idea worth any respect) ? It might perhaps have been changed, if so.

What error does Keeper give you when you enter what you think is the password?
