I am a registered owner of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. The computer on which this program was installed died and I had to buy a new one. I tried to install Acrobat 9 Pro on the new computer and download the installation software from the Adobe website. When running the program it asks for the license key. When I enter it it then asks for the license key of the product I already own. The license key for the original Acrobat 9 Pro I purchased is not accepted because it doesn't match any of the products listed. Acrobat 9 Pro, however, is not in the list of previous products. Please advise. My Adobe account ID is***@******.***
