How can I fix my computer after you fouled it up with your updates for windows 10. I'm in a loop and can't get out of it. Reinstalling windows 7 is not an option. I will lose over $7000 worth of software that I can not replace.

The computer installed a automatic update for windows 10. It is now in a loop never fully starting.

First restart your computer and Boot into Troubleshooting options. (Press and hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard and click the Restart option while still holding down the SHIFT key.)

The following screen will appear on the display :

Click the Troubleshoot icon. Next, click the Advanced options icon and On the next screen, click command prompt

then you will see a black box, please type these commands :

c: (and hit enter)

cd \windows\system32\config (and hit enter)

MD backup (and hit enter)

copy *.* backup (and hit enter)

cd regback (and hit enter)

copy *.* .. (and hit enter)

type a or all (and hit enter)

restart your computer and the problem shoud be fixed
