Customer Question

I use Acrobat 9 PRo to convert AutoCad plots to PDF files. I have been doing this for years. All of a sudden my PDF files have left the text and dimension text in a 50% reduced darkness color and they are hard to read when plotted on paper or viewed on your monitor. This has just recently happened and I have not been able to find a fix. The Text is in different fonts and it still prints shaded not solid black. Any suggestions.

check your TEXTFILL variable and make sure it's set to 1.

Check that your plotter is not set to Eco mode.
