I have updated to Windows 10 64bit. I cant seem to open my vault. When I click it and I sign in it appeaars to try and log on then returns to the sign on page. I know there are two different password ***** for my Norton account and one for my vault.

To confirm, you have the vault installed locally on your computer correct? And you double click the icon in order to open it?

OK I thought for $38 it would be worth it but I don't want to subscribe to a monthly fee I monitor our AMEX bills very carefully So if you can help for $38 fine if not thanks anyways

yes, if you do not sign up, it is just the monthly fee. Like buying a newspaper or subscribing monthly

For your problem, the icon you double click to open it, right click it instead and then select properties.

Then click on the compatibility tab and choose windows 7

then at the bottom of the window put a check on run as administrator.

Click ok then try to start the program

Ok, then its in your start menu, so right click and choose Open File Location and on that file do the instructions please
