I received on October 6, 2015 an email that the above case was resolved hopefully to my satisfaction and now was closed. My question is was my subsciption cancelled and any balance on the account due settled by payment from my credit card, the number of which is on your file.
The original problem with this account was my credit card was blocked by the bank, which was their mistake and corrected immediately. The same card was reactivated and works fine.
