Customer Question

Hi, I have a facebook question. I want to: 1) Make a post on my facebook business page. 2) Boost the post. 3) Set up facebook retargeting (custom audience?) for those who click on the ad My question: Is there a way to set up the retargeting without sending
the people who click on the ad to a website that has the special retargeting code on it? Thanks.

Hello and thank you for choosing JA.

So....I assume you already know how to 1) post on your page. 2) Boost the post.

Now, to address your question.....can you retarget, without sending user to the website that has the retarget code......I need some time to check on few things....please stand-by.

WHat is your facebook page?

For more targeting options, try boosting a Page post in ad creation.

Or did you already do this?

My FB page is think I understand the boosting targeting options. It's the retargeting (custom audience) piece I'm asking about, which causes my ads to redisplay to people who have interacted with one of my posts.

Hmm, yeah im not following....and I assume you went through the "Search Facebook for Business" forum?

Its possible its just not an option. But proving that... something that ISNT extremely difficult. As opposed to looking for something that does exist.

Im pretty good with Facebook....but you have stumped me.

I will open this up to other experts.

Please do not rate.
