Hello. This is the 1st time I've had a problem, so, hoping you can help.
I have Elements 8 for many yrs. with "TOPAZ" installed in your filters and have had no problems.
For a few days now when I try to access Topaz, I get an error message : "Launch Plug In Failure" and all crashes and closes. Can you help...PLEASE !!!

Have you tried deleting the tlphotoFXlabps.8bf file in your PSE plugin folder?
