Hello and welcome to justanswer, My name is ***** ***** i will be assisting you today,

In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you provided. To correct the issue, first check that the information you provided is correct. If it's not, change the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.

To verify and/or modify your billing address, open this link :

or use the steps below:

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Click Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password.
  3. Click your name and select Account Info from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter your password *****

On the Account Information page:

  1. To the right of Payment Type, click Edit.
  2. Under Payment Type, choose None.
  1. At the bottom of the page, click Done.
  2. To the right of Payment Type, click Edit again.
  3. Select your credit card type under Payment Type.
  4. Enter your card number, expiration date, and security code.
  5. Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
  6. At the bottom of the page, click Done.

If there's still an issue, contact your credit card company and make sure that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have your correct information on file.

Hope this help

Thank you
