I have an HP Pavilion , version 8 updated today to version 8.1 Yesterday, Norton applied a patch, (I have a 60 day free trial) and when it was done, I could not get back onto it without providing a password. I don 't have a password, so clicked on forgot and you all sent me an email I think I have 2 versions now, can't run a virus scan, don't know if I have protection. Help.
