I purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud membership from Ohio University for my daughter's freshman year. It came with an activation card. When I logged onto the Creative Cloud website to activate the code, I received a message that said "Oops, activation number is ***** valid" or something like that and to contact Customer Service. What do I do now?

I hate to say that you need to contact them to get it resolved. Did you use your email for the cloud membership or hers? She is the one who is SHOULD be associated to so she has no issues.
