constantly getting notification about a hard disk error. Don't understand. Had windows 8.1 and just upgraded to windows 10. Getting same notification. Never before. Also is windows 10 compatibile with AOL 9.7?

Okay, then please click on Start and search for cmd. Right click on the cmd listed and select Run as Administrator. You will get open the command window. Type the following command:
chkdsk /r
and press Enter. Wait till the disk repair completes. Then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
and press Enter. After completing this command, restart your computer and check the result.
AOL Desktop 9 and 10 are compatible with Windows 10.
