My Medion MD8833 has the following screen message. Windows

My Medion MD8833 has the following screen message.
Windows failed to load because the System Registry File is missing or corrupt.
The screen advises to reload the Microsoft Vista Programme originally loaded.
This was not supplied with my computer
Can you possibly assist me?

Hello! I am IT Miro and I will assist you on this question.

If there are problems with the computer, you should be able to access the built-in Medion repair and recovery feature.
To do that, restart your computer and then keep pressing the F10 key on your keyboard until you see a new screen with several options.
First select "Repair Your Computer" and check if the error you see can be repaired. If not, go back and select "Full Destructive Recovery" in order to restore the computer to factory defaults that will automatically re-install Windows.
