I have Windows 7. a year I have the cursor jumping

Customer Question

I have Windows 7. For over a year I have the cursor jumping all around. Went online several times. They blamed touch pad, but I watch carefully and I am not touching the touch pad. One message online said it is a problem with Windows7 itself, disconnecting the touch pad does not solve the problem.
