perform a soft reset(a forced restart basically ) . hold power and joystick for 8 seconds. it will turn off. now turn on. if boots up correctly, then ok. if not, then perform hard reset.(remember that this will delete any information already installed..) push the information button (i) and flag button at same time. while both buttons are pressed turn on power. you should be in recovery mode. if so, re-sync.

I did sync with sky caddy software You have been no help so fare, I have tried all of your suggestions with no result whatsoever.
