Customer Question

I have lightroom 5.7
I am using window 7
my photos are all on an external drive
when I open lightroom I see all my photo sessions and only two of them are connecting and recognizing the external drive. The rest of my photo packages have a ? mark in front of them and appear to be outside the external drive directory. How can I get them back?

Hello! I am IT Miro and I will assist you on this question.

It seems the the location of the original photos has been changed so Lightroom cannot display them properly. It is usually due to the drive letter change of the external hard disk drive.
If you are sure the photos are still saved on the external hard disk drive, then you can import them back to Lightroom. To do that, start Lightroom and click on File (located in the upper left corner) and select "Import Photos and Videos...". There you will be able to select the source (location) of photos in order to import them.
Let me know if that worked for you.
