I cannot use my new Adobe Photoshop. Every time I try to open the movie for beginners I am told to load Adobe Flash. It repeats this each time, even though Apple tech support made sure the latest Adobe flash was loaded. This is very frustrating. Help! Sharon

Please return my money. I got confused when looking for someone to fix the computer, and put the $50 odd down when I should not have. Then I was moved on to Tech Trager who fixed it and charged a lot more. I wasn't clear if my down payment to you would be given to them. Please return the $59 minus the $10 or so charge for handling this. Many thanks. I assume you can return it to my Visa account, since that is where you took it from. And thanks. Sharon
