I am attempting to view the tiger cam at the national zoos

This answer was rated:

I am attempting to view the tiger cam at the national zoo's website and keep getting the error "a plugin is needed to display the content". However, I am able to view the Panda Cam. I am using Mozilla Firefox.
Welcome, I am Cory. I will be assisting you today.

I am sorry you are having trouble viewing the cameras.

Please click to go to the plug-in needed.

Click on Download Now and install the plug-in.

This is a plug-in for Firefox, so you need to be running it when you click on the link and download it.

Once it is installed, please open a new Firefox browser and go to the zoo site and the cams will work.

If you have any questions, please reply and I will assist you.

This did not work. I installed it, but was asked whether I wanted to repair the last installation or change it or delete it first. I tried repairing and changing. Now I cannot even view the Panda Cam.

Please delete the last installation, then install it again.

Let me know if that fixes it.

I followed your instructions and rebooted my computer before the new installation of the add on. Now I can see all cams but the cheetah and tiger cam. Keep getting the message a plug in is needed. I can see the lion cam and the gorilla cam. This is very strange.

This is strange.

Please follow the steps to clear out Firefox.

Press CTRL+Shift+Delete and you will see Clear Recent History
Time range to clear: Everything
Check all of the boxes
Click Clear Now

Close all of Firefox and open it again.

Try the cams and let me know if they work.

This didn't work either. Very strange. Should I reinstall Firefox? REmove it first and then reinstall it?

Yes, please remove it, then install the latest version here -

Once you do that, you will probably have to download the plug-in again as well. -

Let me know that fixes it.
